$10K Hole in One Challenge Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. LIMIT FIVE (5) ENTRIES PER PERSON. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Dicey Golf $10K Hole-in-One Challenge (the "Promotion") is sponsored by BigDawsTV, LLC dba Dicey Golf, 1112 S Sirrine, Mesa, Arizona 85210 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are physically present at the Event Location during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Entrants").

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, owners, directors and contractors of Sponsor and of BigDawsTV, LLC; their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside); and any person residing in their same household, whether or not related.

The following persons are also not eligible: any current or former professional golfer, and any person who has been listed on a collegiate golf roster at any level at any time after January 1, 2016. Sponsor may require proof of age and Arizona residency at check-in.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All decisions of Sponsor regarding eligibility are made in its sole and absolute discretion and are final and binding.

3. Promotion Period and Location

The Promotion takes place on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time ("MST") (the "Promotion Period"), during the Dicey Golf Warehouse Sale at 1112 S Sirrine, Mesa, Arizona 85210 (the "Event Location" or the "Event"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

The Promotion ends at the earlier of (a) the close of the Promotion Period, or (b) the moment a qualifying hole-in-one is verified under Section 6. Travel, parking and all other costs of attending the Event are the sole responsibility of each entrant.

4. How to Enter

LIMIT FIVE (5) ENTRIES PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE PROMOTION, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY OR AMOUNT SPENT. Each entry earns one (1) official attempt at a hole-in-one under Section 5. Entries from both methods may be combined, but no person may receive more than five (5) entries in total.

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods receive identical entries, identical attempts and identical odds of winning.

A. Purchase Method. During the Promotion Period, make a purchase at the Event. Each fifty dollars ($50.00) in qualifying purchases on a single transaction, before taxes and after discounts, earns one (1) entry, up to a maximum of five (5) entries. For example, a $250.00 purchase earns two (2) entries and a $600.00 purchase earns five (5). Online orders, gift card purchases, and purchases made before or after the Promotion Period do not qualify. Present your receipt at the Challenge check-in table to receive your entries.

B. Free Method (No Purchase Necessary). During the Promotion Period, visit the Challenge check-in table at the Event and complete and sign one (1) official entry form, printing your full name, email address, and phone number, and confirming that you are an Eligible Entrant and that you have read and agree to these Official Rules. Each completed and signed form earns one (1) entry. An entrant may submit up to five (5) forms, one (1) at a time, and each form must be completed and signed separately by the entrant in person. Forms are available free of charge at the check-in table for the entire Promotion Period, with no purchase, waiting requirement or other condition beyond those that apply to the Purchase Method.

If the same person receives more than five (5) entries by any combination of methods, the excess entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any person who attempts to exceed the limit through fraud, including using another person's receipt, splitting one purchase across multiple people to obtain additional entries for a single entrant, submitting forms under a false name, or impersonating another person. Entries are personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared.

A qualifying purchase that is returned, refunded or canceled before the associated attempts are taken voids those entries. Once an entrant takes any attempt earned by a purchase, the merchandise on that transaction is final sale. A chargeback on a qualifying purchase voids the associated entries and any result from them.

All entrants, under either method, must sign Sponsor's participant liability waiver before taking any attempt. Personal information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at diceygolf.com/policies/privacy-policy.

5. The Challenge

All attempts take place on Sponsor's Foresight GC2 golf simulator at the Event Location during the Promotion Period. Entrants take their attempts in the order they check in, and an entrant's attempts are taken in a single session. Sponsor will honor every entry issued to an entrant who is in the Challenge line by 7:00 p.m. MST. An entrant who leaves the Event or is not present when called forfeits any untaken attempts.

No warm-up. There are no warm-up, practice or range-mode shots. An entrant's first swing on the simulator is their first official attempt. Sponsor staff do not coach or advise entrants.

Attempts. Each entry equals one (1) official attempt. Staff place each ball, and each ball placed and struck, or swung at and missed, counts as one (1) attempt regardless of contact quality. There are no mulligans, resets or re-hits.

Locked settings. Every attempt is taken on the same hole with identical settings, set before the Promotion Period, documented and unchanged for its duration: a Foresight GC2 simulator unit and its software version; course and hole; a tee distance of one hundred seventy-seven (177) yards; tee and pin position; wind set to zero (no wind); and elevation, green firmness, weather and all other environmental settings. Any auto-hole, gimme or putt-assist radius is set to zero. Only Sponsor staff operate the simulator.

Equipment. Entrants may use any club or clubs of their choosing, either their own or clubs provided by Sponsor at the Event at no charge, and may change clubs between attempts. Sponsor-provided clubs are available on a first-come basis and must be returned after the entrant's session.

What counts. A qualifying hole-in-one requires that the entrant strike the ball during one of their official attempts, from the designated setup, and that the simulator register the ball entering the designated hole in one stroke, witnessed by an authorized Sponsor representative. Shot data and video of every attempt are recorded and retained as the record of each attempt.

Malfunctions. If the simulator fails to record a shot, misreads a shot, or suffers a power, software, sensor or network failure during an attempt, that attempt is void and will be retaken once the system is restored. A void attempt cannot be a qualifying hole-in-one. Whether an attempt qualifies, is void, or must be retaken is determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and that determination is final.

6. Prize and Verification

One (1) prize will be awarded: ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in U.S. funds, paid by check, or electronic transfer (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.00. Total ARV of all prizes in the Promotion: $10,000.00. No more than one (1) Prize will be awarded. The first entrant to make a qualifying hole-in-one that Sponsor verifies wins the Prize, and the Promotion ends at that moment. Any attempts not yet taken are canceled, and no compensation is owed for them.

Odds of winning depend on the skill of each entrant and the number of attempts taken. Each attempt carries the same odds whether its entry was earned by purchase or by the Free Method.

Before any Prize is awarded, the potential winner must present valid government-issued photo identification matching the entry, satisfy all eligibility requirements, and sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of the attempt. Sponsor will review the shot data and video before confirming the winner. Failure to complete verification, or a finding that the entrant is ineligible or violated these Official Rules, forfeits the Prize, and the Promotion ends without a winner.

The Prize will be paid within thirty (30) days after verification is complete and all required documents are received. The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor.

7. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the Prize. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before payment, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the full value of the Prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes consent for Sponsor to photograph and record every attempt. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, statements, and video of the winning attempt for advertising, promotional and trade purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses and liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion, including physical injury from swinging a club or being struck by a club or ball in or near the simulator bay, and the acceptance or use of the Prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for simulator, launch monitor, software, network or power failures; lost, illegible or incomplete entry forms; errors in the processing of entries or receipts; or any typographical error in these Official Rules or Promotion materials.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify, in its sole and absolute discretion, any person it finds tampering with the simulator, the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike or unsafe manner.

Sponsor may modify these Official Rules for clarification without materially affecting the terms of the Promotion. If the Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including equipment failure, power loss, fire, weather or an order of any governmental authority, Sponsor may suspend, modify or end the Promotion, and no Prize will be owed for attempts not taken.

11. Dispute Resolution

Each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of the Promotion or the Prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association under its then-governing rules. Each entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
