DICEY GOLF “SPRING CLEANING” SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Eligibility
The Dicey Golf “Spring Cleaning” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dicey Golf LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Free Entry Methods (No Purchase Necessary):
Email Signup (1 Entry): Subscribe to the Dicey Golf email list at https://beacons.ai/diceygolf. Individuals already subscribed as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period will be automatically entered.
SMS Signup (1 Entry): Subscribe to Dicey Golf SMS notifications by signing up at https://beacons.ai/diceygolf. Individuals already subscribed as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period will be automatically entered.

Purchase Entry Methods:
Purchase of Spring Cleaning Mystery Box 1 ($59): 5 Entries per box purchased.
Purchase of Spring Cleaning Mystery Box 2 ($99): 10 Entries per box purchased.
Purchase of Spring Cleaning Mystery Box 3 ($299): 30 Entries per box purchased.

Multiple purchases are permitted. Each qualifying purchase generates the corresponding number of entries. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Free Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail it to: Dicey Golf Spring Cleaning Sweepstakes, 560 W Brown Rd, STE 4008 Mesa, AZ 85206. Each mailed entry received during the Sweepstakes Period will receive five (5) entries. Limit one (1) mailed entry per person. Sincerely hand-written entries only; mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $2,350. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty of any kind. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing on May 1, 2026, during a live Instagram broadcast on @DiceyGolf using RandomPicker.com. The drawing will be conducted by representatives of the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. All participants will be emailed the results following the drawing.
7. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize; (c) grant Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.diceygolf.com/policies/privacy-policy. Personal information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and for marketing communications the entrant has opted into.
9. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; (b) any technical malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, or hardware/software failures; (c) any injury or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize.
10. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Winners List
For a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Dicey Golf Spring Cleaning Sweepstakes Winners, 1112 S. Sirrine, Mesa, AZ 85201. Requests must be received by June 1, 2026.
