DICEY GOLF TEE BOX PUTTER GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Dicey Golf Putter Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by BigDawsTV, LLC dba Dicey Golf, 1112 S Sirrine, Mesa, Arizona 85210 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, or the age of majority in their state of residence if greater than eighteen (18) ("Eligible Entrants").
Employees, officers, owners and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and any person residing in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All decisions by Sponsor regarding eligibility are final and binding.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on September 16, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time ("MST") and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void.
4. How to Enter
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE PROMOTION PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY OR NUMBER OF PURCHASES.
Additional purchases and additional free entry submissions do not earn additional entries and do not increase an entrant's chances of winning. If the same person enters more than once by any combination of methods, all submissions will be consolidated and counted as one (1) entry. Doing so does not disqualify the entrant.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent this limit through fraudulent means, including submitting entries under multiple names, addresses or email accounts, impersonating another person, or using any automated system, bot, script or other device to submit entries.
There are two (2) ways to enter, and both methods receive one (1) entry with equal odds of winning:
A. Purchase Method. During the Promotion Period, purchase the Dicey Mystery Bundle (one (1) shirt, one (1) polo and one (1) hat for $99.00) at diceygolf.com. The Mystery Bundle is sold online only and is not available for purchase at the Dicey Golf Pro Shop. Purchasers are entered automatically. No form, registration or further action is required, and Sponsor will generate entries from qualifying orders placed during the Promotion Period. A purchase that is returned, refunded, canceled or charged back voids the associated entry, unless the entrant has separately entered by the Free Method.
B. Free Method (No Purchase Necessary). During the Promotion Period, complete and submit the free entry form at https://www.diceygolf.com/pages/tee-box-putter-giveaway-enter-to-win, providing your full name, email address, and confirmation that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in your state of residence if greater, and that you have read and agree to these Official Rules. Upon timely receipt of a complete and accurate submission, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.
Sponsor will request a mailing address only from the confirmed winner, for the purpose of shipping the Prize.
Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible or late entries are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. All personal information submitted is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.diceygolf.com/policies/privacy-policy.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) Scotty Cameron Phantom 11R OC putter, custom finished by Custom Golf AZ with Dicey Golf branding (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: $549.00.
Total ARV of all prizes in the Promotion: $549.00.
Scotty Cameron, Phantom and Titleist are trademarks of Acushnet Company. Acushnet Company is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or otherwise involved in this Promotion. The Prize was customized by Custom Golf AZ, an independent third party that is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or otherwise involved in this Promotion. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption or substitution except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry or associated with the qualifying order. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules or to return any required documentation, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may require the potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of the date the documents are issued. Failure to return the documents within that period may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize Conditions and Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the Prize, including income and withholding taxes, and for all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize that are not expressly described above. Sponsor will report the value of the Prize to taxing authorities where required by law, and the winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other taxpayer identification documentation before the Prize is awarded.
The Prize will be shipped to the winner at the address provided, within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia only, within thirty (30) days following verification and receipt of all required documentation.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, statements and other likeness for advertising, promotional and trade purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities and expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use or misuse of the Prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, undelivered or delayed entries; for any technical, computer, network, typographical, printing or human error relating to the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the winner or the delivery of the Prize; or for any error appearing in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related materials.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a manner intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
In the event the Promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Promotion or to disqualify entrants, and the Released Parties shall have no liability to any entrant disqualified as a result.
11. Dispute Resolution
As a condition of entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then-governing rules and procedures, and that judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.
12. Winner List
For the name of the winner, available after October 1, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Putter Giveaway Winner List, BigDawsTV, LLC dba Dicey Golf, 1112 S Sirrine, Mesa, Arizona 85210, to be received no later than December 31, 2026. Requests received after that date will not be honored.
